What should I use Patient Triage for?
Patient Triage allows our patients to submit an online query during the practices opening hours. Please be aware that it may take up to 5 working days to receive a response. Our practice phone lines remain open for anyone with accessibility needs who might find difficulty completing this form.
Please do not use this online form for urgent or emergency requests. The submitted forms will only be read during office hours. The forms will not be read at the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on bank holidays. They will also not be read from Monday-Friday between 1800 – 0900 hours.
