Blood Tests
Our Healthcare Assistants run a daily phlebotomy clinic every morning.
If you need a blood test the doctor or nurse will ask you to book an appointment.
Urine Tests
If you have been asked to drop off a urine sample at the surgery we need you to complete a form, please click the link below.
Unfortunately we cannot process urine sample without this form.
Results
You may obtain your results by telephoning the surgery. Results are given out by the reception staff or sometimes by text. You can also check your results online through the NHS App.
Please note that for confidentiality reasons (except for children) we can only give results to the person they concern unless we have written consent to give them to another named individual.
It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with a doctor or nurse if advised to do so.
