It is the policy of the Practice to provide patients with a chaperone during certain examinations and procedures. If you would like a chaperone to be present during a consultation please speak to the receptionist or the doctor/nurse. In the event that the Practice is not able to offer you a chaperone at that time you will be given the option of re-booking.
